First Shots
A welcoming introduction to firearm safety, operation, storage, and coached live fire for first time shooters and anyone ready for a refresher.
About this class
First Shots is designed for first time shooters and people seeking a refresher. The course begins with classroom instruction covering the essentials of firearm safety, operation, and storage, then moves to coached live fire practice.
Students finish with greater confidence in their ability to handle and operate a firearm safely. Minors under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Experienced shooters may find this course too introductory. Basic Handgun or a private lesson may be a better fit for shooters who already have firearm knowledge.
