Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request time, requested page, browser or device information, and Internet Protocol address. The exact technical logs and retention settings must be confirmed before launch.

We use submitted information to answer questions, route requests to the appropriate team member, provide requested updates, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate site usage, comply with applicable law, and protect the rights and safety of visitors, our business, and others.

We do not plan to sell personal information or use contact form or newsletter information for third party behavioral advertising.

When production delivery is enabled, contact form submissions will be validated on the server and sent through Resend to a configured business inbox. The website will not store contact submissions in Sanity or another website database.

The message will exist in the sending service and the receiving business email system as needed to deliver and respond to it. Those providers may process message content, sender details, delivery metadata, and security information under their applicable terms. Business email copies may remain until they are no longer needed for the inquiry, ordinary records management, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

When newsletter signup is enabled, the email address you submit, consent time, and signup source will be stored temporarily in Sanity until a dedicated newsletter provider is selected. Duplicate signups will not create duplicate subscriber records.

We will use this information to provide class announcements, events, and updates from The Range. You may withdraw consent or request removal by contacting us at info@rangebyjp.com. Any future marketing email must also provide an appropriate unsubscribe method.

The website is planned to use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as page views, general location, device type, browser, referrer, and route performance. According to Vercel, its Web Analytics product does not use third party cookies and is designed so recorded page views are not tied to an individual or Internet Protocol address.

We do not plan to use advertising cookies, visitor accounts, login cookies, comment cookies, or article editing cookies on the public website. If the technologies or purposes change, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before the new use begins.

Class registration and payment take place on Glofox. Online membership enrollment may also take place on Glofox. The external online store handles its own browsing, orders, accounts, and payment. Directions may open Google Maps or another map provider.

When you follow an external link, the destination may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not receive payment card details entered on those services and does not claim that an external registration, enrollment, or purchase has been completed.

Technical and analytics data retention depends on configured provider settings and must be confirmed before production launch.
